Nestled in the heart of Gold Coast’s Health and Knowledge Precinct, Cohort Innovation Space is a launchpad for health and technology startups and a home for innovative thinkers, events and support programs.

Cohort is the Queensland Government's Coworking and Innovation Space on the Gold Coast and is equipped with everything you need to kick-start or grow your business. Cohort operates across 3 buildings and includes 46 coworking desks, 11 private offices, 5 meeting and boardrooms, scientific research labs, an 150 person event space, podcast and livestreaming studio.

Our large tenants include Griffith Innovation Centre, the Gold Coast Health Centre for Digital Healthcare, Scientific Co-Labs, and the Datarwe AI HQ.
